MISSION & VISION

Mission

Founded by former firefighter and Immediate Emergency Care responder Maximilian Curnow after the loss of a close friend and firefighting colleague to suicide, Out of the Fire uses film, live events and advocacy to make the hidden burdens of emergency service understood and felt.

Vision

A world where emergency workers and their families are understood beyond the uniform, supported by informed communities and able to seek help without stigma.
